About the Role
With an immediate start date available, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the success of a growing business. Supporting the smooth running of the office and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Handling insurance enquiries
- Processing policy changes
- Setting up new policies and handling sales-related tasks
We are looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates drive, energy, and enthusiasm in delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintains a proactive and enthusiastic ‘can-do’ attitude
- Possesses a confident personality and enjoys working within a team environment
- Shows initiative and is eager to learn
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoys building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Is comfortable using IT systems, including Microsoft Office 365
- Holds a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English
- Has a full UK Driving Licence
- Full training on all IT systems
- Training and support to obtain initial product licences
- Ongoing training to become fully licensed in both personal and commercial products
- Opportunity to pursue Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification
- Clear progression opportunities within the business
