Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Ad Hoc / Flexible Day Shifts

The Role

Pertemps are currently recruiting for Quality Inspectors to work on-site at a large, established manufacturing facility in Speke.

The role involves carrying out quality inspections on manufactured components, ensuring products meet the required quality standards and specifications before progressing through the manufacturing process.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, ad hoc work, particularly those who may already have employment or other commitments and are looking to pick up additional shifts here and there when available.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out quality checks and inspections on manufactured components
• Identifying any defects or issues with components
• Ensuring products meet required quality standards and specifications
• Following established inspection and quality control procedures
• Recording and reporting any quality issues identified
• Working closely with the wider production team
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Following all site health and safety procedures

The Ideal Candidate

• Have excellent attention to detail
• Be reliable and punctual
• Be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Have a good understanding of quality standards
• Be able to follow instructions and established procedures
• Be confident identifying defects or inconsistencies
• Be flexible and available to pick up ad hoc shifts

Previous experience within quality inspection, manufacturing or production would be advantageous, although full consideration will be given to candidates with relevant transferable experience.
