Planning Administrator x2
Temporary 3 months work
Hours: 37 per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, flexible)
Contract: Until end of March 2026 (potential extension)

We are recruiting 2 Administrators to support the Planning team for a leading Housing firm. You will play a key role in processing no-access repairs cases, working with various teams to improve service delivery and reduce missed appointments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process no-access cases accurately.
  • Work with Customer Services, Housing, Planning and other teams.
  • Maintain accurate data and contact records.
  • Report on daily KPIs and use Excel for trend tracking.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience:
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good customer service ability.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel and Teams.
