A leading Engineering company based in the South West have a fantastic newly created role for a motivated outgoing Commercial Administrator to strengthen their team.

Working within the Commercial department and reporting to the Commercial Manager, this is a great opportunity to grow within the team.

your responsibilities and Duties will include:

• Supporting the Commercial Manager with monthly reporting
• Liasing with Sub contractors / setting up accounts
• Putting together reports /Spreadsheets
• Administration Support
• Assist the Commercial Team on maintaining effective cost management of the projects
• Can work across multiple projects.

Experience required:

• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) ideally used the Coins system
• Good on spreadsheets and figure work 
• Commercially aware
• Administration/office experience required 
• Friendly, outgoing, willing to learn and good communicator
• Good accuracy skills and attention to detail
