Mobile Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer - Swindon

Salary: 22-25PH + Door-to-Door Travel

A well-established and growing building services contractor is seeking an experienced F-Gas Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding engineering team. The business delivers a wide range of HVAC and building services solutions across the UK, supporting a diverse and prestigious client base.

The Role

This is a mobile position covering the South West region, offering a varied workload across service, maintenance, and reactive tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Attending breakdowns and carrying out fault finding and repairs
• Working across a mix of commercial sites
• Delivering high standards of service and customer care

Package & Benefits

• £22.00 – £25.00 per hour
• Door-to-door travel paid
• Overtime paid at time and a half after 8 hours (door-to-door)
• Standby rota (1 in 7) with £90 payment per week

Requirements

• F-Gas qualification
• Proven experience in refrigeration and air conditioning
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
