You will be a self-starting, dynamic, driven sales professional with a proven history of success recruiting within the Public Sector. Pertemps though reputation have won a variety of contracts in the Public Sector and are now needing a
professional recruiter to source candidates and develop relationships. You will be responsible for managing your own business without micromanagement or unnecessary performance metrics. We offer an intelligent and flexible staff management approach with balanced working hours.
What you’ll need:
- Previous track record of success in a high performing, service driven public sector recruitment environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates whilst maintaining a professional manner
- Highly ambitious self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Confident negotiator and an excellent judge of character
