Senior Family Practitioner  – West London – up to 48k – perm
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Rapid response team within a busy London local authority, you will be responsible for a small but complex case load. You will bring partner agencies together to achieve the best outcome for families in the area.

You will be educated to a degree level and have the relevant experience. You will have a  sound knowledge of professional practice, and of the legislative framework, national policies and research related to work with children, young people and their families

You must be flexible and be happy to work weekends and evening as and when is needed.
