Pertemps are looking for qualified and experienced Adult Social Workers. Our client’s social work team assess adults over the age of 67 and are looking for a social worker to carry out social care assessment in hospitals outside the borough of St Helens, with a main priority to discharge people into the community as soon as it is practically possible. This will include mental health hospital and general hospitals.
