Children’s Social Worker, £37ph, Westminster
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified Social Worker to work within Child Protection and a complex CIN team. This role is full time office-based with limited ability to work from home.

Role & Duties:

• Court cases
• CP conferences
• CIN meetings
• Working with children and families - Caseload between 8-12 families.

 
Requirements:

• Previous CP and court experience
• A degree in Social Work and current registration with SWE
• Proven experience in a similar role, specifically within children and family services (2+ years)
• Strong understanding of child protection laws and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
