The Education Network is currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and supportive school in Bradford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.
The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)
• Work one-to-one or in small groups to support learning and development
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Help manage behaviour and support emotional and social development
• Foster a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children with SEN (school or care setting)
• Is patient, empathetic, and resilient
• Has strong communication and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service

Relevant qualifications (such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable but not essential.
