Job Description
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 / Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – Permanent
We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our client’s production team. This is a hands-on role for someone with a good understanding of press brake operations and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
The Duties of a Press Brake Operator:
- Operate press brake machinery safely and accurately
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Use hand tools for setup and finishing processes
- Perform basic computer tasks for job tracking and reporting
- Maintain quality and safety standards at all times
The Requirements of a Press Brake Operator:
- Experience operating press brake machinery
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Basic computer literacy
- Confident using hand tools
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
