Customer Service Advisors on a temporary basis.   
 📣 Role: Customer Service Advisor 
 📍 Location: Edinburgh City Centre (office based, in a call centre) 
 🔗 Duration: Temporary, ongoing
 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 7:00 (36 hours)
 💰 Pay rate: £14.02 per hour 
 📅 Start date: Mid-November     
About the Role You'll be the first point of contact for customers contacting the 
Council Tax team, providing support and guidance with professionalism and care. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Reviewing and updating customer accounts
- Recording accurate notes and information
- Offering clear guidance and support
- Redirecting enquiries to other departments when needed
- Sending documents or letters to customers
- Assisting with general admin tasks as required
