Franchise Director

I am currently working on behalf of a rapidly growing hospitality business, home to over 20 successful food establishments across the UK with a view to launch a further 15 in due course. My client have ambitions to grow their brands further afield and continue their expansion into the UK’s major cities and towns therefore are looking for an experienced Franchise Director to join their business.


As Franchise Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end process of franchising multiple brands with a primary focus on financial accountability and identifying external investors/stakeholders.


Part of your role will include –

• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize financial outcomes and drive profitability
• Conducting frequent visits to sites to meet with existing and potential operators, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues
• Continuously evaluating existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancement and streamlining the operation
• Implementing and maintaining robust processes and procedures within the franchise operation
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance with contractual agreements, taking corrective action when necessary
• Conducting regular financial analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities

We’re looking for someone that -

• Has a proven track record in shaping a business or making an impact
• Is able to manage and grow a large book of business
• Prior Franchise Management exposure is a necessity
• Previous track record of helping brand scale up
• Contract management and negotiation expertise
• P&L Management
• Production experience
• Ability to leverage and capitalise on commercial opportunities

 

There is a head office based in Edgbaston, Birmingham however the location of the successful candidate can be situated anywhere in the UK as you will not be required in the office on a daily basis. Salary is completely negotiable!!!
