We are currently seeking an experienced Shot Blaster with a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) license to join a busy and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, preparing components for finishing and coatings.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shot blasting on metal surfaces to remove rust, scale, and old coatings
• Operate and maintain blasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials using a forklift (Counterbalance/Reach, depending on site needs)
• Follow strict health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
• Support general workshop duties as required

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in shot blasting or similar surface prep role
• Valid and in-date FLT license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
