We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Slitter Operator to join a growing production team. If you have mechanical aptitude, care about quality, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate slitter machines to cut material (paper, film, foil, etc.) to precise widths
Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Adjust slitting parameters based on material specs
Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Record production data and report any issues

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating or slitter experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math and measurement skills
Team-oriented and dependable
