Pay rate to £380 per day

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Work Senior Manager in Staffordshire 
This is to work as the Fostering Lead, and you will need to be working at Service Manager level. 

• Role is Hybrid with expectation to be in the office minimum 2-3 days a week.  

• Requires strategic leadership of the sufficiency strategy and regulatory oversight of fostering functions and Supported Lodgings. 

• Responsible for leading all fostering service functions, including recruitment, assessment, retention, family support and foster carer engagement activities undertakes key statutory and regulatory responsibilities, including acting as the Regulation 24 Nominated Officer and providing oversight of fostering assessments, panel processes and approval arrangements, ensuring compliance with fostering regulations
