Air Conditioning Engineer (Installation Bias)
Location: Essex (Chelmsford, Colchester, Southend – no London travel)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)

Our work is 90% Essex-based, covering areas including Chelmsford, Colchester, and Southend, with a focus on delivering high standards in both domestic and light commercial environments.
With a team of 12 staff, including 7 engineers, we pride ourselves on a supportive working culture, stability, and consistent workload.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong installation background to join our growing team.
The role is predominantly installation-focused (70% installs / 30% maintenance), working across domestic properties and some commercial projects (approx. 30%).

Key Responsibilities
- Installation of air conditioning systems to a high standard
- Servicing, maintenance, and fault finding on AC systems
- Working across domestic and light commercial sites
- Ensuring all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards
- Completing job sheets and documentation accurately
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Working independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
- Strong installation experience (essential)
- F-Gas certification
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work across Essex (no London travel required)
