📍 Location: Droitwich Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home
🕒 Hours: 🕒 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 (37.5 hours/week)
📅 Contract: Temporary ongoing – Maternity cover

🔧 What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer queries across multiple platforms
- Investigate and resolve complaints with a problem-solving mindset
- Assist with admin tasks, cancellations, and retention support
- Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth
- Help improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Quick thinker with a solution-focused attitude
- Minimum 6 months' customer service or call centre experience
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Experience in telecoms, utilities, or technical support
- Sales background with a results-driven mindset
