A well-known car dealership in Worcester is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to cover the front desk this weekend, with further ad-hoc shifts available to cover holiday, sickness, and busy periods throughout the year.
📅 Next Shifts Available This Weekend:
- Saturday 31st May – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Sunday 1st June – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and visitors as the first point of contact.
- Directing clients to the correct departments or team members.
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and handling face-to-face queries.
- Performing general reception duties and keeping the front desk area presentable.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role.
- Strong phone manner and communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident using basic IT systems and email.
This role pays £12.21 per hour and offers occasional, flexible shifts — ideal for those looking to work around other commitments.
