CNC Operator – Temp to Perm – Worcester
💷 £12.50 per hour | Monday to Friday | Overtime Available

We’re currently recruiting for a skilled CNC Operator to join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Worcester. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and looking to grow within a supportive and expanding team.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced factory environment, helping to produce high-quality products for major clients in the construction and interiors industry.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machinery with precision and care
Monitor and support production processes to meet output targets
Measure and inspect materials to ensure consistent quality
Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
Collaborate effectively with the team to meet production goals

✅ About You:

Previous CNC operating experience (ideally 2+ years)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
Positive, can-do attitude and strong team spirit
Able to work calmly under pressure and follow procedures
Good communication and a willingness to learn

⭐ Desirable (not essential):

Valid First Aid certificate
Forklift licence
Driving licence (preferred for commuting)

📋 Role Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30 (30-minute break)
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Worcester
Overtime: Available and encouraged
