🏭 Factory Operative
💷 £12.25 per hour | Monday to Friday | Overtime & Weekends Available | 07:00–15:30 (30-minute break)

We’re recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a growing manufacturing team in Worcester, working for a leading producer of high-end stone worktops supplied to major UK developers and housebuilders. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, great benefits, and progression potential for the right candidate.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating machinery as part of a busy production line
Monitoring product quality and supporting machine operators
Performing basic quality control checks and measurements
Keeping your workspace clean and organised
Assisting with various factory duties as part of a small, close-knit team

✅ About You:

Experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting (preferred)
Mechanically minded and comfortable with hands-on tasks
Basic numeracy for measurements and calculations
Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time)
Pay: From £12.25 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Worcester
Overtime & Weekend Work: Available
