Weโre looking for a confident and motivated
Account Handler to join a growing office team in
Worcester. This is a
temp-to-perm role, ideal for someone with strong customer service and admin skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Youโll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing orders, and building strong relationships across both retail and trade accounts.
๐๏ธ Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts
- Build lasting relationships and maintain client satisfaction
- Regularly check in with clients to offer updates and support
Order & Admin Support:- Handle new orders, quotes, amendments, and general account queries
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication
- Support the onboarding of new clients
Issue Resolution & Coordination:- Respond promptly to queries or complaints with professionalism
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure swift resolution
- Track client activity and suggest improvements when needed

About You:
- Previous experience in office admin or customer service (required)
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Able to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
