🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
💰 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
📄 Contract Type: Temp to Perm

About the Role We’re currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operative to join a growing team in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or manufacturing environments — especially those familiar with clean room operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
• Operate machinery and equipment in a controlled, sterile environment
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality control
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, or manufacturing settings
• Experience working in clean room environments (highly desirable)
• Understanding of cGMP and relevant regulatory standards (an advantage)
• Excellent attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills
