🕓 Full-time, Ongoing Contract
We’re recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Sefton’s Adults Social Care team.
You’ll carry out holistic, person-centred assessments for adults with physical or psychological disabilities—helping them regain independence and maximise their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete functional assessments in clients’ homes.
- Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment or adaptations.
- Provide practical advice to clients and carers on managing disability and mobility.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Liaise with housing, contractors, and partner agencies for adaptations.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold data protection standards.
Requirements:
- HCPC registration.
- Post-qualifying OT experience within Adult Social Care.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (Care Act 2014, DFGs, etc.).
