Location: Southend 
Salary: £55,224-£60,905
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week 
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working is available, but they must be on site minimum 2 days a week
Contract: Permanent

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Fostering Team Manager to join a local authority fostering service.

As a Fostering Team Manager, you will lead and manage a team within the fostering service, providing professional supervision and ensuring high standards of social work practice. You will support the delivery of effective services for children, young people, foster carers and kinship carers.

Requirements:

• Current experience working as a Team Manager within a Fostering service
• Extensive Kinship experience
• Strong knowledge of fostering and kinship practice
• Experience managing and supporting social workers
• A Social Work qualification
• Must be registered with SWE and have completed their ASYE
