Pay Rate: £300 per day
Are you an experienced EHC Coordinator looking for your next challenge? This hybrid-working role pays £300 per day, offering flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plans, ensuring statutory requirements and timescales are met.
- Work closely with young people, families, and professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred plans.
- Provide advice and guidance to schools and settings regarding EHC processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with GDPR and organisational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice within the service.
- Proven experience working as an EHC Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Competitive daily rate of £300.
