🚧 FORKLIFT DRIVER (COUNTERBALANCE) – LEVEL D REQUIRED 🚧
📍 Location: [Colnbrook]
📅 Shift Pattern: 4 on, 3 off (Tuesday to Friday 04:00-16:00)
💰 Pay: DOE

We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a busy logistics and cargo operation. This is a physically demanding role that involves heavy lifting, lumping/bumping, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: You MUST hold a valid LEVEL D (Cargo Operative) qualification (OR HAVE HAD LESS THAN 2 JOBS IN 5 YEARS IN ORDER TO GET CLEARED QUICKLY) To be considered for this role.

🔧 Responsibilities:

Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods, including heavy and bulky items
Manual handling and physical work including lumping/bumping
Supporting warehouse staff as required

✅ Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance forklift licence
Valid DBS (or able to apply)
Valid Level D (Cargo Operative) certificate (Or less than 2 jobs in 5 years in order to be cleared quickly)
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting/manual work
Previous experience in a busy warehouse or cargo environment
Reliability and strong work ethic
