Are you an experienced Front Desk Supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? My client is a stunning independent hotel looking to expand their Front Office team and bring in a passionate determined Front Desk Supervisor to help guide their team bringing brilliant service to every guest of the hotel.
The duties and responsibilities of the Front Desk Supervisor will be:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities, including occupancy rates, room availability, and guest preferences.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
The ideal Front Desk Supervisor will be:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally having experience in the Opera system.
Salary: £11.63 an hour (increasing in April)
Schedule: 40 hours a week
