The facilities company we have partnered with are looking for a Mobile Catering Supervisor to help provide excellent catering services for schools.

As this is a mobile role, the successful candidate MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE and be WILLING TO TRAVEL AROUND THE AREA.

Job Type: Term-time only, Permanent

Schedule: Monday-Friday,  30 hours per week

Salary:  £13ph

Location:  Warwickshire/Worcestershire

As a Mobile Catering Supervisor, your responsibilities will be:

To join different catering teams, supervising the team and leading a smooth service.
To lead by example and guide your team to provide high quality and healthy meals.
To plan and prepare meals in line with company recipes.
To ensure all members of staff adhere to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations.
To organise and supervise your team through the preparation of meals, ensuring the highest standard.

The ideal Mobile Catering Supervisor:

Has previous experience of managing/supervising a kitchen environment, preferably in a school setting.
Is a fully qualified Chef.
Has good knowledge and is aware of all allergens.
Must have a DBS check, this is required to obtain this role.
