Food and Beverage Supervisor

My client is a beautiful 4-star hotel and country hotel surrounded by a beautiful golf course. They are looking to add a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead and supervise their F&B team across all outlets of F&B, including their fine dining restaurant, casual bar setting and spa dining.  

My client has recently become independent and are a super exciting project. They are looking to grow and expand their business, allowing for their employees to grow with them both personally and professionally.    

Due to the location of the hotel, the successful candidate will ideally be able to drive. However, the hotel does provide a free shuttle bus service to the hotel, from Meriden, Bham Intl or Chelmsley Wood. 

The main duties and responsibilities of the Food and Beverage Supervisor will be:   

• Supervise daily operations of food and beverage department. 
• Train and manage staff for restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service. 
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards. 
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders. 
• Implement cost-control measures. 
• Address guest inquiries and complaints. 
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. 
• Coordinate with executive chef and kitchen staff. 
• Plan and execute special events and promotions. 
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate updates. 
• Monitor sales performance and analyse trends. 

The ideal Food and Beverage Supervisor will:  

• Have experience in a managerial/ supervisory role. 
• Be a driven self motivated individual with a real passion to learn.  
• Have great communication, teamwork and organizational skills.  
• have experience working in a F&B role within a hotel previously.  
• Good teamwork skills, while still being able to work individually when needs be.   

Salary: £13.45ph, £27,976 per annum 

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5/7 days 

Job-Type: Fulltime, Permanent
