Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £280 - £320 per day (Depending on experience)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Duration: 3–6 Months (with possible extension)
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Education, Health and Care (EHC) Co-Ordinator to join a well-established SEND team in
Hertfordshire. You will be instrumental in ensuring that children and young people with special educational needs receive timely and high-quality support through the EHC process.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate the statutory EHC needs assessment process from initiation to finalisation.
- Liaise with families, schools, health and social care professionals to gather evidence and input into EHCPs.
- Draft, review, and amend EHC plans in accordance with the SEND Code of Practice.
- Ensure all statutory timescales are met.
- Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings and annual reviews as required.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure effective case management.
Requirements:- Previous experience as an EHC Co-Ordinator or similar role within a Local Authority SEND team.
- Strong knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confident in working with professionals, families, and young people.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet strict deadlines.
