Daily Rate: £90 – £110 | Immediate Start
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next role in the Bexleyheath area?
We are working with welcoming and supportive mainstream schools in Bexleyheath who are seeking motivated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in their learning and development across the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while making a real difference in young learners’ lives.
Role Details:
- Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Mainstream)
- Location: Bexleyheath, South East London
- Pay: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Full-time, long-term with potential for permanent roles
- Supporting the class teacher with daily lessons and activities
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils across the curriculum
- Helping pupils with additional learning needs to access learning
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive environment
- Assisting with classroom preparation and general administrative tasks
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable)
- A passion for working with children and supporting their education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Right to work in the UK
- Competitive daily pay between £90 – £110
