Locum Physiotherapist, Reablement Team, (part-time or full-time), Wiltshire 
Pay rate £38 per hour, 18.5 or 37 hours per week

Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Physiotherapists in Wiltshire 
We are seeking three experienced Physiotherapists to join our Reablement service on an agency basis, with one position available in each of the following locations: Trowbridge, Salisbury, and Chippenham.  
About the Service Our Reablement service is a short-term, therapist-led intervention designed to prevent, reduce, or delay the need for ongoing care and support. The service supports individuals to regain independence through: - Assessment and tailored treatment planning - Provision of equipment and home adaptations - Targeted support from a dedicated team of Reablement Support Workers - Empowering individuals to utilise community and personal resources  
Role Overview Physiotherapists will work with a diverse caseload, including: - Neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, Parkinson’s) - Musculoskeletal issues (e.g., arthritis, fractures) - Post-hospital discharge rehabilitation  
They will: - Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment plans - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams - Communicate complex clinical information clearly and compassionately - Support safeguarding and uphold high standards of care  
Key Details Start Date: As soon as possible Working Hours: 37 hours per week Duration: 3 months, with the potential to extend depending on service needs Working Pattern: Full-time, hybrid (50% office-based) Candidate Requirements - Degree in Physiotherapy (SCQF Level 9 or equivalent) - HCPC registration - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with complex cases and challenging situations - Ability to supervise and support others - Empathy and professionalism in emotionally sensitive contexts
