Adult’s Senior Social Worker, Safeguarding Team, West London
Pay rate £36 per hour
Contract role, Safeguarding Team
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in West London
This is to work in a Safeguarding Team in Ealing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing supervision, guidance, and support to non-qualified staff.
• Leading and managing the Safeguarding Adults duty inbox.
• Reviewing and authorising Section 42(1) safeguarding concerns.
• Undertaking complex Section 42(2) safeguarding enquiries.
• Acting as Safeguarding Adults Manager (SAM) for allocated cases, providing oversight and decision-making throughout the safeguarding process.
• Undertaking assessments and interventions in line with statutory duties and team timescales.
• Supporting practice development and promoting effective multi-agency working.
• Contributing to positive outcomes for adults with mental health needs through person-centred and strength-based practice.
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
