Adult’s Social Worker, Adult Access Team, Redcar and Cleveland 
Pay rate £197 per day  / £27.46 per hour  
Contract role, Adult Access team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Redcar 
This is to work in a Adult Access team  

• To work within the Adult Access Team, undertaking screening, triage and proportionate assessment of referrals received by Adult Social Care.  

• The post holder will be responsible for gathering information, assessing risk, determining appropriate outcomes, and ensuring individuals receive timely advice, support, safeguarding intervention or onward referral in accordance with statutory duties, local policies and professional standards. 

There is plenty of hybrid working available.
