Children’s Social Work Team Manager, Disabled Children’s Team, Leicestershire 
Pay rate to £42 per hour 
Contract role, CWD Team, Coalville 
 
We are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Work Team Manager in Leicestershire 
This is to manage a Disabled Children’s Team in the Coalville area.

• Signs of Safety is the expected practice methodology and having knowledge of this and an understanding is desirable.  

• Staff workloads are manageable, and these continue to improve. Managers and staff all have regular monthly supervision. You will be responsible for providing leadership and management oversight to your team of social workers and accountable for how work is delivered.  You will use performance data and audit to drive improvement and ensure that interventions are timely and consistently good quality.   We want you to feel you are part of a wider management team, and you are expected to attend regular wider management team meetings with the senior team and Assistant Director.
