Local Authority Building Surveyor – Asset Appraisal  North West London 
Pay rate to £32.45 per hour 
Contract role, Local Government Housing 
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Building Surveyor – Asset Appraisal, in North West London 
Main Duties/Requirements:  

• To act as lead professional in all aspects of stock condition inspections, and to provide expert professional and technical advice in all matters relating to the building stock in a customer focused manner.  

• To carry out daily condition surveys for dwellings, communal areas, garages and other related Housing assets, internally and externally, highlighting any deficiencies, which will inform future programmes of work and to inform on the investment programmes on a rolling basis.  

• It will be necessary to give guidance and support to other non-technically qualified staff. To develop and carry out feasibility studies/detailed surveys to determine viability, best value for money and establishing good design solutions for their requirements with emphasis on sustainability, energy efficiency, and accessibility, building for the future and promoting a Green Agenda. 

 
This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
