Job Description
A High-end luxury residential company, are seeking a freelance designer either on a contract, temporary basis, or ad-hoc basis, to add to their team for particular projects.
You will be involved in the Presentation phase for clients to help in creating fly throughs of interiors so they can be laid out quickly and effectively.
Essentially we are looking into providing very quick walk throughs of our designs at feasibility stage of a project / quote.
This company are putting together super prime proposals, providing a few room designs in order to win the projects -they want to include some AI rendered walk throughs to these areas.
You'll be able to quickly render with AI and the visuals don't have to be photo-realistic but more for speed of a Walkthrough that is presented in real-time to a client.
Booking is outside of IR35.
