Job Description
We're working with a well-established creative agency looking for a strong Project / Account Manager to join the team and help lead the day-to-day delivery of retail and brand campaigns.
This would suit someone who sits comfortably between client services and project delivery confident with clients, organised internally, commercially aware and able to keep creative work moving without losing sight of the quality of the end result.
You’ll be the main day-to-day contact across key projects, managing briefs, timelines, approvals, budgets and stakeholders, while working closely with creative, production, studio and finance teams.
The work spans integrated brand campaigns, retail environments and physical touchpoints, so experience across in-store, windows, campaign rollouts or retail toolkits would be particularly useful.
You’ll need to be good at keeping lots of moving parts under control — running WIPs and status calls, managing scope and change, spotting problems early and making sure everyone knows what’s happening and what needs to happen next.
They’re looking for someone from a creative agency or brand marketing background who has worked across integrated campaigns and multiple stakeholders. Experience in sportswear, fashion, performance or broader consumer brands would be useful.
You’ll also need to be comfortable using project management tools and keeping the admin side clean and consistent.
