Full-Time Administrator – Education Setting (SEN Support)
£14.24 per hour | Start ASAP

We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a full-time Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team within a specialist education environment.

This setting supports further education learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN), offering a rewarding and structured workplace.

The Role:
  • Full-time, 5 days per week
    • Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:30pm finish on Fridays)
    • £12.75 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
    • Immediate start once compliance checks are complete
    • Likely to run until the end of the academic year (mid-July)
Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative support across the setting
    • Managing emails, phone calls, and front-of-house enquiries
    • Maintaining accurate student records and documentation
    • Supporting staff and leadership with day-to-day operations
    • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous administration experience (education experience desirable)
    • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • A positive, proactive attitude
