As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children across Key Stages 3 & 4, working both 1-2-1 and in small groups. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is proactive, patient and passionate about helping pupils thrive in a supportive environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in delivering personalised learning plans, supporting behaviour regulation and encouraging independence.

Job Role:

• Working as a Teaching Assistant supporting students with SEND.
• Providing 1-2-1 and small group support across the curriculum.
• Collaborating with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning.
• Helping to create a calm and inclusive classroom as a Teaching Assistant.
• Taking part in CPD and staff development as a valued Teaching Assistant.
