As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with class teachers and other support staff to deliver tailored learning and provide pastoral care. You will support pupils both in the classroom and during activities, helping to promote independence, confidence, and progress in all areas of development. Your experience working with SEND children, patience, and nurturing approach will be key to your success in this role.
Job Role:- Supporting primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
- Delivering individualised support in class and during activities.
- Assisting with personal care and physical needs where required.
- Promoting communication, engagement, and positive behaviour.
- Working collaboratively with the wider school team.
