As a SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and accessible to all learners. Job Role:

• Teaching small groups of pupils with a range of SEND, ensuring all learning is differentiated and engaging.
• Creating a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and well-being.
• Working closely with a team of Teaching Assistants and specialist staff to meet pupils’ individual needs.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and external agencies.
• Supporting the development of social, emotional, and communication skills through creative approaches.
• Contributing to whole-school initiatives and collaborative planning.
