    • Working alongside teachers and support staff to implement behaviour strategies
    • Monitoring attendance, behaviour and wellbeing
    • Supporting safeguarding processes and reporting concerns appropriately
    • Building positive relationships with students, families and external professionals
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Residential Support Worker or similar
    • A strong background in behaviour management
    • An in-depth understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
    • Experience supporting young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviours
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
    • A resilient, proactive and positive approach
In Return You Will Receive:
  • A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day
    • The opportunity to work within a supportive Alternative Provision
    • Excellent support from senior leaders and pastoral staff
    • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
    • A collaborative and welcoming team environment
    • The chance to develop your skills in behaviour support and safeguarding
    • Competitive rates of pay based on experience
