The Role
As an English Academic Coach, you will work closely with the English department, providing academic support in lessons and running tailored intervention sessions. You will assist students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis to raise attainment, build confidence, and reinforce key English skills. The role is ideal for someone looking to explore a career in teaching while making a direct impact on student progress.

The Candidate
This role is well suited to a graduate with a degree in English or a related subject, who is enthusiastic about education and eager to gain hands-on classroom experience. An interest in progressing into teaching is highly desirable. This role requires a degree with a focus on English language or literature.
