The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and work with pupils in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis. Your focus will be on raising attainment in key areas such as literacy and numeracy, helping children to build confidence and make progress. You’ll also assist with classroom organisation, resource preparation and contribute to a positive learning environment.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background who is considering a career in primary teaching. You’ll need to be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to helping young learners achieve their full potential. Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in education are essential. Prior experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
