- Help students develop their communication, social, emotional, and independence skills.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEND.
- Has a basic knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) or holds a recognised BSL qualification.
- Is patient, caring, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting every child to achieve their potential.
