We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, therapists, social workers, or youth workers looking to build valuable school-based experience.
The Role As a Graduate Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support to help them engage with learning, develop confidence, and reach their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
β Passionate about supporting vulnerable and disadvantaged children.
β Interested in careers in Teaching, Educational Psychology, Mental Health, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Youth Work.
β Patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships with young people.
β Confident working both independently and as part of a team.
β Experienced working with children or young people through schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring, or voluntary work (desirable but not essential).
