About the Role We are currently recruiting for three dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth (SW2) this September.
You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis with Special Educational Needs, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive within the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent 1:1 support to a pupil with SEN
- Support children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, or Down Syndrome
- Assist in delivering personalised learning plans and interventions
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Essential: Experience working within a UK primary school setting
- Essential: SEN experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, or Down Syndrome
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting children
- Experience in Early Years (EYFS)
- Training such as Team Teach, PECS, or Makaton
- Background in child development or education
