Mini Bus Driver – SEN School (Reading)
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Mini Bus Driver to join our team, supporting a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school based in Reading.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the safe, comfortable, and timely transportation of our students to and from school.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school in a school minibus
• Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and comfort of all passengers at all times
• Build positive, supportive relationships with pupils, many of whom have additional needs
• Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Work closely with school staff and follow safeguarding procedures

Requirements:

• A full, valid UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a minibus
• Previous driving experience, ideally in a similar role
• Experience working with or supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), or a willingness to learn
• A calm, patient, and caring approach
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
